基于时间序列理论的误差预测补偿技术

分析了机械加工精度控制模型及传统的误差补偿方法的局限性，尝试把时间序列预测理论应用于数控加工系统，构成了一种新型的误差预测补偿方法。基本思想是直接用已加工出的零件型面误差统计数据建立误差预测模型，得到加工下一零件时各轴不同时刻位置补偿量的预测值，达到提高复杂型面数控加工精度的目的。

Error Predictive Compensation Technology Based on Theory of Time Series

In this paper, on the basis of analysis of the traditional feedback compensation method and its limitation, the time series theory is applied to Computer Numerical Control System (CNC), and a new method of the error predictive compensation is developed. The model of the error predictive compensation is established with the statistical data of the profile error that comes from the machined workpieces and then the predictive series for position compensation is calculated to pre compensate the machining error. With this technology, high machining accuracy can be obtained.
