摘    要:提出了一种超精密车床端面加工实时误差补偿方法,并对工件加工表面进行在线测量,用最小二乘方法计算平面度,结果表明零件平面度改善了62%,说明所提方法是可行的

Abstract:A solution is suggested for real time compensating errors in face machining of ultraprecise lathe. On line measuring is made on the machined surface of workpiece and the planeness is calculated by least square method. The calculating result shows that the planeness of machined surface has been improved by 62%. The result shows that the method is feasible.
