第三代移动通信测试信号源射频模块的研制

摘    要:针对WCDMA,cdma2000以及TD-SCDMA这三种主流的第三代移动通信标准,研制了测试信号源射频模块。该模块具有集成度高、成本低、配置灵活等特点。文中给出了该模块的设计方案,对各种模式下的射频性能进行了仿真。研究了多种标准下的射频测试方案。最终研制的射频模块尺寸为7.5cm×6cm,测试结果满足3GPP和3GPP2的技术标准。

Abstract:A multi-mode RF module of a testing signal source is designed for the three major standards of the third generation(3G) mobile communication: W-CDMA,cdma2000,and TD-SCDMA.The RF module is highly integrated,low cost,and easily configurable.In this paper,the design scheme is described,and the RF module is simulated according to different standard.The testing scheme is also discussed for the multiple standards.The whole module is integrated on a four-layered PCB board with a size of 7.5cm*6cm,and it is tested for W-CDMA,cdma2000 and TD-SCDMA standard separately.Testing results show it can meet the requirements of 3GPP and 3GPP2 standards.
