Zr(SO_4)_2在甲基丙烯酸与高级醇酯化反应中的催化作用
摘    要:研究了硫酸锆、SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2体系对甲基丙烯酸和正十二醇酯化反应的活性和选择性。发现硫酸锆有较好的催化活性,反应8h,醇的转化率达到90%以上,并且对甲基丙烯酸正十二醇酯的选择性接近100%。其活性显著高于SO_4(2-)/ZrO_2。对于硫酸锆体系,考察了焙烧温度、催化剂用量、重复使用次数以及不同投料比对反应的影响。并对SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2体系在此反应中催化活性差的原因进行了探讨。

Catalytic for of Zr(SO_4)_2 and SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2 in Methacrylic Acid Esterification with Higher Alcohol
Abstract:The catalytic performance of Zr(SO4)2 and ZrO2 in the esterification of methacrylic acid withn - dodecanol was systematicaly studied. Zr(So4)2 perform well in catalytic activity. Alter reaction fOr 8 h, theconversion rate of n - dodecanol reahes or exceeds 90% and the selectivity for n - dedecanol methacrylate is upto 100 %. The catalytic activity of Zr(ss )2 is much higher than that of /ZrO2. Some acidic zeolites, such asHZSM - 5,HM and HY are almost inactive in this esterification reaction. The causes for low activity of ZrO2 and zeolites are discussed. Moreover, we studied the effects of calcination temperature, arnounts of Zr(SO4)2. 4H2O, recycling times of Zr(SO4)2. 4H2O and ratio of reactants.
