| Abstract: | In this paper, the experience of classification management for the working measuring instrument of compulsory verification is summarized and the problems occurred in the legal measurement management are analysed. Based on the fuzzy algorithm and sample theory, a new objective management system and a scientific evaluation method are proposed. |
