| 摘 要： | 河北省水资源与国民经济发展不协调,是由于资源性缺水造成的。为了维持生产,不得不以牺牲环境为代价,大量超采地下水,导致地下水位持续下降等一系列环境问题,水资源可持续利用的基础已经遭到破坏。本文对河北省水资源存在问题进行了全面分析,并提出了一些解决措施。

| Abstract: | As short of water resource, the development of national economy is out of harmony with water resource in Hebei province. To maintain production, we have to exploit underground water exceed in large quantities at the cost of environment which cause water table continuous drop and a series of environmental problems, the basis of sustained utilization of water resource has been destroyed. In this article, the author makes an overall analysis of water resource problems in Hebei province, and put forward some solution countermeasures as reference. |
