| 摘 要： | 为了更好地满足热流道系统中对温度控制的需要，确保制品质量，介绍了一种基于P89LPC934单片机的热流道温度控制器硬件实现和软件实现的方案，并采用了先进的DPID控制算法，能快速准确地将温度控制在所需要的温度范围以内，在热流道系统中对温度的控制具有较强的实用性，能完全满足热流道系统对温度的需求。

| Abstract: | To satisfy the needs of temperature control for the hot runner systems, and to ensure the quality of products, the realization of hardware and software of a hot runner temperature controller based on P89LPL-934 single chip microcomputer and advanced DPID control algorithm is introduced. By using this controller, the temperature can be rapidly and accurately controlled within required range. This controller features powerful Draetieability in hot runner systems to meet the requirements on temperature. |
