| 摘 要： | 利用PRO/II软件对醋酸-水-醋酸丁酯体系的共沸精馏进行模拟计算,用Hayden-O’Connell方程计算气相逸度系数,用NRTL方程计算液相活度系数。用实验数据验证模拟结果,结果表明,模拟计算所得的沿塔温度和各组分浓度分布曲线与实验数据相吻合,醋酸-水-醋酸丁酯体系的精馏是一个汽-液-液三相共沸精馏,加料口以上为三相区,加料口附近为三相到两相的过渡区,加料口以下为两相区。
