| 摘 要： | 基于成组技术在JLBM—1零件信息编码系统基础上，设计了零件信息编码及其输入识别系统。该设计采用Visual C 6．0语言开发应用数据库系统，实现零件信息的编码及输出和编码的识别及输出；满足CAPP系统获取零件信息的要求，为CAPP系统的开发、加工工艺规程的生成、NC代码的生成提供了依据。整个系统编码容易，便于识别，零件信息库可开发并可动态连接。

| Abstract: | In the basic of JLBM-1 parts'information coding system,this paper designs the system of parts' information coding and their input and identifying base of grounp technology. The application datadase is designed by Visual C++6.0, it can fulfil the parts' information coding and output, identifying and output, satisfy the request of the CAPP system getting the information of parts, can offer the information to exploit the CAPP for the creation of the manufaction process and the NC code. The system can easily code and identify; The Database of the parts information can be extended and linked dynamically. |
