摘    要:介绍了CTL离心萃取分离机结构及工作原理;讨论了CTL离心萃取分离机处理己内酰胺废液的工艺。结果表明:CTL萃取机能有效回收废液中的己内酰胺;CTL萃取机转速为800~1 000 r/min较适宜,废液中的己内酰胺回收率达60%以上,减少了污染物的排放。

Abstract:The structure and working principle of CTL centrifugal extractor were introduced.The treatment process of caprolactam waste-water was discussed using a CTL centrifugal extractor.The results showed that the caprolactam can be effeciently recovered by CTL centrifugal extractor;the rotary speed of CTL extractor was appropriately in the range of 800 - 1 000 r/min;the recovery rate of caprolactam can be above 60%and the discharging pollution was reduced.
