人才培养模式改革视角下的高职院校专业文化建设策略研究--以中山火炬职业技术学院为例

随着企业对高职人才要求的提升，专业文化受到高职院校的重视。但总体而言，高职院校专业文化建设现状并不尽如人意。中山火炬职业技术学院在三年多的国家骨干院校建设期内，从内涵建设方面抓专业文化建设，通过人才培养模式改革、校企合作等举措，在提升人才综合素质方面取得了一定的成绩。

Professional culture construction strategy research under the perspective of talent training mode reform in higher vocational colleges---taking Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic as an example

With the higher requirements of the enterprise for the higher vocational talents, the professional culture is paid attention to by the higher vocational colleges. But in general, the professional culture construction is not satisfactory. In more than three years of national key colleges construction, Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic carries on its professional culture construction from the aspect of connotation construction. It has made some achievements through the talent training mode reform and university-enterprise cooperation.
