| 摘 要： | 公司章程英语属于法律英语的范畴。与其他文体相比，法律英语因其对义务和权利方面的规定而具有独特的文体特点。文章讨论了公司章程英语在词汇方面使用大量专业术语、古体词、书面语和同义词并列；在句法方面则大量使用长句、被动语态、平行结构以及条件句。

Study on stylistic features of the English of Articles of Association |

| Abstract: | The English of Articles of Association belongs to the category of legal English. Compared with other genres, legal English has the unique stylistic features because of its obligations and rights. This paper discusses that there are lots of technical words, archaic words, formal words and synonyms of conjunction in the lexical aspect and long sentences, the passive voice, parallelism and the conditional sentences in the syntactical aspect. |
