摘    要:综述湿法回收废旧锂离子电池三元正极材料的方法。回收过程为:预处理、正极材料的浸出和各元素的分离回收。预处理过程将活性物质与铝箔等其他正极物质分离,方法有碱浸、有机溶剂溶解和热解等。浸出过程将固体废料转化成易回收的离子溶液,方法有无机酸浸、有机酸浸和生物浸出等。分离回收过程将锂、钴、锰、镍分离并分步回收,方法有化学沉淀法、溶剂萃取法、电沉积法、盐析法和离子交换法等。介绍利用废旧三元正极材料重新合成电池材料的进展。

Abstract:The hydrometallurgical process for recycling ternary cathode material of spent Li-ion battery was reviewed.The recycling technologies were divided into three steps of pretreatment,leaching of cathode material,separation and recycle of different elements.The active substances were separated from other cathode materials such as aluminum foil by the pretreatment process,including alkali leaching,organic solvent dissolution and pyrolysis.The solid wastes were converted into recyclable ionic solution by the leaching process,including inorganic acid leaching,organic acid leaching and biological leaching.Lithium,cobalt,manganese and nickel were separated and recycled by separating and recovering process,including chemical precipitation,solvent extraction,electrodeposition,salting out,ion exchange and so on.The progress in the re-synthesis of the new battery cathode material by using the waste ternary cathode material was introduced.
