基于安卓平台的电力仪表远程读取系统

摘    要:针对当前电力系统中的部分传统指针仪表人工读取不便且改造费用较高的情形,设计并实现了一种基于安卓平台的电力仪表远程读取系统。首先,使用数字图像处理算法对电力仪表的指针进行识别;其次,根据仪表的形状特征,设置角度阈值,检测仪表指针偏转角度;进一步地,根据偏转角度与表盘量程计算仪表的指针读数;最后,利用手机的短信服务功能发送仪表读数。实验结果表明,所设计系统能够有效实现电力仪表的远程读取,具备现场应用潜力。

Abstract:According to the real situation that the manual metering of traditional power meter is inconvenient and the cost of informational reform is high,an Android-based remote reading system for power meter was designed and realized.Firstly,digital image algorithms were used to locate the pointer of power meter.Secondly,according to the shape features of the meter,the thresholds were set to analyze the deflection angle of pointer.Furthermore,the pointer reading of meter was calculated in line with the relationship between deflection angle and range of meters.Finally,the reading result was sent by SMS service.The experimental results indicate that the system can realize remote reading of power meter,which has the application potential.
