基于可控硅串联技术的新型固态高压直流断路器

摘    要:作为直流线路中的分断装置,高压直流断路器是快速限制并切断故障电流、维持直流电网安全稳定运行的关键技术手段。文中在对比分析现有高压直流断路器典型结构的基础上,提出了一种基于可控硅串联技术的新型高压直流断路器,详细描述了其拓扑结构、工作原理和典型特点,并使用PSCAD软件仿真分析了不同短路电流下所提高压直流断路器的开断特性及其影响因素。最后,通过在实验室内搭建高压直流断路器实物模型,利用d SPACE工作平台进行了断路器的电流开断实验。结果表明,所提出的新型高压直流断路器能够实现快速关断与恢复通流,通态损耗低且通流能力强,具有现实可行性。

Abstract:As the interrupt equipment in DC line,HVDC circuit breaker (CB) is the key point to break the fault current and ensure the safety of DC grid.This paper firstly analyzed and compared the topological structure of the current HVDC CB.Then,a new HVDC CB based on the technology of silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) in series connection is presented,and the topological structure,working principle and characteristics are introduced in details.The interruption performance of this new CB under different levels of fault current and parameters which affect its performance by PSCAD software are simulated.At last,the real model of this new HVDC CB in the lab is built and the interruption experiment is conducted by using dSPACE platform.Simulation and experimental results have shown that this new HVDC CB is capable of breaking and recovering the current quickly with the advantages of low on-state loss and powerful current transporting capability.Therefore,this new HVDC CB can be used in real DC grid.
