基于溯因图的电网智能告警系统研究

摘    要:在电网事故发生后,对告警信息进行智能分析和展示对调度员快速准确处置事故尤为重要。通过从SCADA系统获取一次系统模型,从保信系统获取二次系统模型,采用基于溯因图的故障诊断方法,分析SCADA系统和保信系统提供的开关变位、保护动作、重合闸等告警,智能推理故障元件和故障类型,并以分类告警列表、诊断简报、告警事件树等多种方式清晰、友好地展示告警诊断结果。实用证明该系统能有效对故障信息进行智能分析展示,提高调度员电网事故时快速准确处置能力,具有较好的实用性。

Abstract:How to analyze and display the alarm information is very important for the dispatcher to conduct the rapid and accurate disposal of power grid accidents once it occurs.By acquiring the primary system model from the SCADA and the secondary system model from the relay protection information system,the switch position,protection action and reclosing signal coming from the SCADA and relay protection information system are analyzed by the system using the fault diagnosis approach which is based on abductive chart.It can identify the fault components and fault types and the alarm results can be displayed clearly and friendly by the ways of classified alarm list,diagnostic briefing and alarm event tree.It is proved that the system can analyze and display the alarm information intelligently.It can improve the ability of dispatcher to deal with the power grid accident quickly and accurately and it has a good practicability.
