摘    要:针对油气管道缺陷定位的误差随着测量距离的增加而累计增大,进而会导致缺陷定位失败的情况,基于某公司的三轴磁阻芯片设计研发了一款利用磁信息对定位误差进行校对的地面标记器。该标记器采用模块化设计,包括ARM处理平台、信号采集及存储、GPS授时及数据无线传输四部分,能够实现对油气管道内检测器经过时产生的磁扰动信号的采集和存储,并利用小波变换对信号奇异特征的敏感性,可对采集到的磁场信号进行降噪,并且能判断、计算出内检测器经过地面标记器正下方的精确时刻。实验验证表明,所提出的设计方案提高了地面标记器的测量准确度和可靠性,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the defect location error of the oil and gas pipeline defect is accompanied by the increase of the measurement distance,the Honeywell's three-dimensional magneto-resistive chip is used to design the ground marker for correcting the positioning error by using magnetic information.The marker adopts modular design,including ARM processing platform,signal acquisition and storage,GPS timing and data wireless transmission of four parts.It is possible to realize the acquisition and storage of the magnetic disturbance signal generated by the internal detector,and to reduce the noise of the magnetic field signal by using the sensitivity of the wavelet transform to the singularity of the signal,as a result,the internal detector through the ground marker just below the exact moment is calculated.The designed scheme improves the accuracy and reliability of the ground marker,which has reference value.
