硫化物固态电解质的研究进展及产业应用

摘    要:全固态电池具有较高的能量密度和安全性能,是解决电动汽车、便携电子产品的安全和续航的重要手段。作为全固态电池中的关键组分,固态电解质的电化学性能和稳定性影响整个固态锂离子电池的发展。本文以硫化物固态电解质的室温电导率为切入点,系统分析目前研究较为广泛的LGPS、LPS体系硫化物固态电解质的结构、制备方法及材料的稳定性,并对硫化物固态电解质在全固态电池设计和应用做了一点思考,指出未来的发展方向。

Abstract:Solid state battery has the merits of high energy density and safety,it will deal with the confusion of hazard and endurance anxiety in the application of electrical vehicle and convenience devices.As an important component in solid state battery,the electrical performance and stability of solid electrolyte have great influence on the development of solid state battery.In this paper,the analysis of sulfide solid electrolyte is started with room temperature ionic conductivity.The structure,synthesized methods and material stability of LGPS and LPS system are studied comprehensively.How to design the solid state battery with solid electrolyte and pro-mote the outstanding battery to be applied in industry are discussed,the development direction of sulfide solid electrolyte is under consideration.
