| 摘 要： | 大型支承辊的堆焊修复是一项系统工程,涉及面广、难度大、要求高.主要对材料、工艺、装备保证修复成功的三大主要因素进行了论述.并指出选择合适的堆焊材料和严格的工艺是满足辊面性能要求和堆焊层质量的可靠保证,而精良的工艺装备能够保证工艺的正确实施.

| Abstract: | Repair surfacing welding the large support roll is a systems engineering. It involves many subjects and faces great difficulty and requirement, in which materials, techniques and equipments are the three main factors to ensure the successful repair. To meet the property requirement of roller and acquire good quality of surfacing welding layer, optimum materials for surface welding and strict process are reliable assurance. The quality of the welding layer is assured by the strict techniques which depend on the superior technical equipment. |
