| 摘 要： | 通过工艺试验，研究了曲轴在加工过程中产生的径向圆跳动误差，并运用工艺链理论分析法分析了误差的种类和遗传方式。最后提出了减小曲轴主轴颈径向圆跳动误差的措施。

| Abstract: | Through technological test, the radial circle run-out error of crankshaft generating during the machining process has been studied. Also technology chain theory analytical method has been applied to analyze the type of error and hereditary method. Finally, the measures to reduce the radial circle run-out error of the crankshaft main journal have be presented. |
