海南炼化原油加工方案优化分析

摘    要:中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司采用常减压蒸馏—渣油加氢/加氢裂化—重油催化裂化为主的加工路线,根据装置运行情况,总结和分析该组合工艺的原油选择情况及效果,并探讨其进一步优化原油选择,达到提升经济技术指标的目的。

Abstract:Processing routes of atmospheric and vacuum distillation -residue hydrotreating/ hydrocracking - residue FCC is mainly adopted in Hainan Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. , SINOPEC. According to the device operation, this paper summarized and analyzed the crude oil selection and its effect for this integrated process, discussed further optimization of crude oil selection to promote economic and technical indicators.
