颗粒输送不锈钢空气冷却器腐蚀分析与防护

摘    要:针对大庆石化公司塑料厂20万吨/年高压装置风送工段空气冷却器E5101等七台换热器频繁泄漏问题,结合生产工况对泄漏换热管进行了腐蚀失效分析。通过专业检测分析手段,结合高压装置风送工段高温苛刻的运行条件,指出了产生管束腐蚀泄漏的条件因素,同时从材料、设备设计装配及结构方面分析了设备频繁泄漏的原因。该分析结果及建议在类似工艺条件下对已更新运行换热器腐蚀防护方面具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Plastic Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company, 20 million tons per year high–pressure device Section breeze air cooler heat exchanger units in seven E5101 frequent leaked, with the production conditions of the tubes leaked corrosion failure analysis. Detection and analysis by means of professional, section breeze with high–temperature and high–pressure device harsh operating conditions, corrosion leaked was pointed out the condition factor bundle. At the same time, the causes of device frequent leaked was analyzed from the materials, equipment, assembly and structural design. The analysis of findings and recommendations under similar conditions was updated to run on the corrosion protection of heat exchangers by the sign has a certain role.
