摘    要:采用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱和腐蚀失重等方法,研究了含铁50%(质量分数)以下的镍铁舍金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,所研究的镍铁合金均出现钝化行为.随着镀层中铁含量的增加,镍铁合金的耐蚀性能先减弱后增强.含铁36%的镍铁合金具有最好的耐蚀性.

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of Ni-Fe alloys with Fe content below 50 wt%in 3.5%NaCl solution was studied by anodic polarization curve,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and weight loss method.The results showed that all alloys undergo passivation.The corrosion resistance of Ni-Fe alloy decreases initially and then increases with increasing Fe content.The Ni-Fe alloy containing 36 wt%Fe has optimal corrosion resistance.
