摘    要:利用公司闲置设备,在啤酒生产淡季采用液态法酿制枸杞黄酒.其理化指标达到企业标准,受到消费者认可和欢迎,实现了"黄啤合一",无疑是一种投资少,见效快的好方法.

Abstract:This paper explores methods of making medlar rice wine through liquification with left unused equipments of company in beer produce slack. Its guide lines in physics and chemistry have achieved corporation standard, and received consumers' approbation and reception. out of question,rice wine and beer consolidating is a means of little in investment and good in effect.
