摘    要:以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为乳化剂、过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂、苯乙烯(St)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,采用乳液聚合方法成功地制备了表面含羧基的聚合物微球。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察羧基聚合物微球的形态及粒径,并采用电导滴定法对微球表面的羧基含量进行表征。考察了羧基聚合物微球粒径及表面羧基含量的影响因素。结果表明,实验条件范围内最佳的乳液聚合条件为:AA摩尔百分含量≥12%,每摩尔单体用≥3.8226g SDBS乳化,用≤1.9114g KPS引发,KPS分两次(2/3,1/3)加入。

Abstract:Polymer microspheres with carboxyls on spherical surface were successfully prepared through emulsion polymerization, employing sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) as emulsifier, potassium persulfate (KPS) as initia-tor and styrene (St), acrylic acid (AA) as monomers. The shape and size of polymer microspheres were observed through transmission electronic microscopy (TEM). The amount of carboxyls on microspherical surface was measured with conduc-tometric titration. Effects on particle size and the amount of microspherical surface carboxyls were investigated. Results obtained within experimental range indicated that optimal reaction conditions were: mole fraction of AA ≥12%, SDBS ≥ 3.8226g, KPS≤1.9114g, KPS added twice (2/3, 1/3) in the case of 1 mole comonomers.
