玉竹多糖的抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:为研究玉竹多糖的体外抗氧化活性和清除自由基作用,采用体外化学体系研究玉竹多糖对超氧阴离子(O2-·)、羟自由基(·OH)、1,1-二苯基_2苦苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的清除能力。结果表明:玉竹多糖对超氧阴离子(O2-·)、过氧化氢(H2O2)和1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼自由基(DPPH·)具有较强的清除能力,其EC50值分别为0.38mg/mL(Vc为O.09mg/mL)、0.65mg/mL(Vc为0.70mg/mL)和0.43mg/mL(Vc为0.06mg/mL);但对羟自由基(·OH)的清除能力较弱,其EC50值为14.7mg/mL(Vc为0.34mg/mL)。玉竹多糖具有较好的体外抗氧化活性。

Abstract:To achieve the effect of scavenging free radicals with polysaccharides in Polygonatum odora- turn, the scavenging ability of the polysaccharides on superoxide anion ( O2 · ), hydroxyl radical ( · OH), 1,1-dipheny 1-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH · ) and hydrogen peroxide (H202 ) ,sere studied by chemical systems in vitro. The polysaccharides from Polygonatum odoratum has good potential capacity for scavenging O2- · , DPPH· and H202 with EC50 values reaching 0.38, 0.43 and 0.65 mg/mL, respectively, and they are supe- rior to the scavenging · OH capacity, with EC50 values reaching 14.77 mg/mL. The polysaccharides of Po- lygonatum odoratum have stronger antioxidant effect in vitro.
