| 摘 要： | 从分析绿色供应链管理的基本特征和模式入手,构建了企业绿色供应链管理的绩效评价指标体系及模糊综合评价模型。确立了资源利用率等8个一级指标和回收成本等23个二级指标。并以JZJH企业为例,进行了绿色供应链管理绩效评价的实证分析,指出该企业的绿色供应链管理综合优度不高,并提出了实施绿色供应链管理的措施及建议。以期实现我国经济建设、社会建设、生态环境建设的协调统一发展。

| Abstract: | Starting from the basic characteristics and the mode of green supply chain management,the green supply chain management performance evaluation system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model were built. The eight level indicators including in the resource utilization and 23secondary indicators such as the cost of recovery were established. And JZJH enterprise was taken as an example, a green supply chain management performance evaluation was analyzed and proved, which pointed out that the green supply chain management enterprise integrated goodness is not high.Furthermore, the measures and recommendations of green supply chain management are given. The harmonization of economic construction, social construction and ecological environment is expected. |
