摘    要:对于一个动态(WIM)称重系统,静态载质量的测量误差是随机的,其标准偏差很大程度决定于测试时的重复性和再现性条件。在分析了OIML法规中相应术语与参数的基础上,从理论层面深入分析了该法规中WIM系统精度等级评估方法,并通过试验验证了此方法的正确性和可行性。此评估方法对于评估新研发的WIM系统精度非常有效,保证了WIM系统实际检测车辆载荷数据的可信性。

Abstract:As for DWM system measurement error of static load nutss is random and its' standard deviation is decided by testing repetitiveness and reproducibility when the vehicle passes through the dynamic weighing system. So the precision grade evaluation method of WIM system was analyzed by the theory based on term and parameter in the OIML laws and regulations offered, and also was validated to be correct by the experiment. Through experiments, this method was tested and confirmed that is correct and workable. This new assessment method for evaluating new developed WIM system precision is very effective and ensures the credibility of actual vehicle load data.
