摘    要:本研究选择不同水分、不同宽度的面条进行常规储藏、密闭加吸湿材料储藏以及密闭不加吸湿材料储藏的试验。结果是入库水分在14.5%以下且密闭加吸湿材料的面条可以渡夏,其中入库水分为12.5%的面条在整个试验阶段未生虫、生霉、其品质最佳。

Abstract:In this research ,noodles with different kinds of width and moisture are chosen to be stored in such ways as normal storage airitight storage with hygro-scopic materials as well as airtight storage withort hygroscopic materiais conse-quently it shows that the noodles with below 14.5%moisture when stored in the way of airtight storage with hygroscopic materials can pass summer quite safely ,Of which the noodles with 12.5%moisture when stored never have insects and molds during the perion of the whole test especially hich are of fine quality
