高层建筑转换层大梁裂缝控制技术

摘    要:高层建筑转换层大梁由于断面大,混凝土强度等级高而容易产生裂缝,可能对结构承载力和耐久性产生重大影响,隧分析转换层大梁裂缝产生的原因,并提出控制措施,以提高转换层大梁混凝土的施工质量,从而延长建筑物的使用寿命,为类似混凝土施工和设计提供参考。

Abstract:Due to large section and high strength rank of concrete,transfer story beams concrete of high-rise buildings prone to cracks.Cracks may have a significant impact on the capacity and durability of the structure.This paper has analysis the reasons of transition layer beams concrete cracks and given the controlling measures,so to improve constructing quality of the transition layer beams concrete of high-rise buildings and prolong the using life of building.Some reference for design and construction of concrete are provided.
