造孔剂含量对无压浸渗法制备SiC/Al复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:采用无压浸渗法制备了SiC/Al复合材料,研究了造孔剂含量对SiC/Al复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明:不同含量的造孔剂对残余气孔率的影响不同,随着造孔剂加入量的增加,残余气孔率先减小后增大,但试样抗弯强度呈先增加后减小。在SiC/Al复合材料中加入质量分数为20%的造孔剂时,SiC/Al复合材料的抗弯强度出现最大值,其残余气孔率达到最小值0.9%左右。

Abstract:The effect of the content of the pore-forming agents on the properties of the SiC/Al composites produced by pressureless infiltration technique was investigated.The results show that the residual porosity vary with the different content of the pore-making agents; As the increase of adding pore-forming agents, the residual porosity firstly decrease, then increase, but the bending strength has the opposite effect..It is found that the SiC/Al composites with the 20wt% pore-forming agent addition has the largest bending strength, while the lowest values of the residual porosity can reach up to.about 0.9%.
