PLC在灯泡贯流机组控制系统中的应用

摘    要:灯泡贯流机组是水轮发电机组中最复杂的机型。一般适应于低水头、大流量,其特点:组效率较高,结构复杂,且辅助设备较多,这给运行、制造、维护带来了许多困难。本文依据几年来国内灯泡贯流机组出现多起烧瓦、误动等事故的案例,重点介绍合理选择PLC硬件、优化外电路及软件设计、选择可靠的自动化元件等,是提高贯流机组控制的技术性能和智能化,从而确保贯流机组可靠运行的有效措施。

Application on PLC in Bulb Tubular Generating Unit Control System
Abstract:The bulb tubutar turbine hydraulic turbine generator unit is the most complex models. General adaptation to low water head, large flow, their characteristics: the unit efficiency, complicated structure, and more ancillary devices, this to run, manufacturing, maintenance has brought many difficulties. Based on the recent years domestic bulb tubular unit there are many burn tile, misoperation accident case, introduces the reasonable selection of PLC hardware, optimize the external circuit and software design, selection of reliable automation components, is to improve the tubular turbine control technique and intelligent, so as to ensure the reliable operation of bulb tubular turbine effective measures.
