高效二氧化碳吸附剂的研究

摘    要:介绍了研制的固态胺树脂的结构、性能以及制备方法,给出了此树脂的活性测试和寿命测试的方法以及测试结果,讨论了对结果产生影响的诸多因素,结果证明,新型固态胺树脂的初活性为吸附CO2 70min的吸收率为80%;经过90d寿命考察,吸附CO2 75min的吸收率为84%,该树脂表现出优越的GO2吸附性能,活性和寿命都优于同类产品。

Abstract:The structure and capability of a kind of golid amine resir made by ourself were introduced.Its activity testing and life testing were put forward.The results show that the capability of solid amine resin for the adsorption of carbon dioxide is 80% after 70 min testing,and the adsorption capacity for carbon dioxide of this resin can still reach 84% even after 90 days life testing.The conclusion indicates that the level of this solid amine resin for adsorbing carbon dioxide was exceeding other these kinds of products.
