| 摘 要： | 通过对众多技术规定和经验的总结,从影响城市规划的众多因素中选取最为重要的作为强制性要素,采用德尔菲法对强制性要素进行刚性程度界定,确定权重,并对强制性要素的静态影响、动态影响进行细致深入的分析,总结出不同时空背景下各强制性要素间的制衡规律和影响机制,并提出相应的空间政策和管制措施。

| Abstract: | On the basis of related technical standards and experiences summery, this paper identifies the compulsory elements from a variety of elements effecting urban planning. Using Delphi method to weigh the compulsory elements by rigidity level, it analyzes the static and dynamic affection of the elements. Then it presents the balance and interaction mechanism of the elements and corresponding spatial policies and measures. |
