多工位PTCR耐工频电流测试仪的研制

摘    要:为满足PTCR生产中耐工频电流冲击特性测试的要求。研制了多工位PTCR耐工频电流冲击特性测试仪.在测试过程中各测试工位先通先断,保证各个工位通断电时间满足测试要求。从而保证了PTCR耐工频电流冲击性能的准确性、高效性,当PTCR样品击穿时相应测试电路具有过电流保护电路功能,自动切断回路,实现了一个保护电路对多个工位的过流保护的功能,提高了仪器本身的可靠性。

Abstract:In order to ensure the requirement of the current shock withstanding feature measurement in the PTCR producing flow, this paper has mentioned the research of multiple-channel automated current shock withstanding tester for PTCR. The circuits guarantee first-on/first-off and make sure the duration time suitable to the test requirement; When PTCR sample is shorted out, the over-current protection circuit turn off the loop automatically, and present a solution as protecting multi-channel against over-current by one protecting circuit which promote the reliability of the equipment.
