超剪切在沉淀白炭黑分散细化中的研究

摘    要:二氧化硅是高比表面积的粉体物料,在水中形成极易团聚的沉淀白炭黑。为全面提高其分散性,使其平均粒径达到2—5μm,利用最新的超剪切技术,对沉淀白炭黑进行分散细化处理,研究了基于超剪切过程的原理和方法,并通过响应面实验对沉淀白炭黑进行了分散细化实验研究,结果表明超剪切技术对易团聚、难分散的液固态物料的分散细化具有极佳的效果。

Abstract:The silica oxide is a kind of powder with high specific surface area,which is easily aggregated to become precipitated silica.In order to improve the dispersion and make its average particle size down to 2—5 μm,the(principle) and method of making use of a new kind of ultra-shearing technology on precipitated silica dispersing and disintegrating treatment were proposed.Testified by response surface regression research on precipitated silica,(ultra)-shearing technology shows that the performance of dispersion effect on the easily-aggregated and hardly-(dispersed) liquid material is superior.
