喷码机油墨压力的模糊PI控制系统设计

摘    要:针对喷码机油墨压力控制存在时滞性的特点和现有的油墨压力控制系统控制参数不易调节、调节时间过长、抗干扰能力不强等问题,结合模糊控制器和PI控制器两者的优点,设计并实现了一个模糊PI双模控制器对油墨压力进行调节。实际测试结果表明:与现有的油墨压力控制系统相比,设计的模糊PI控制器能够有效地对油墨压力进行控制,超调量较小,调节时间较短、控制精度及抗干扰均取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the existing ink pressure control system of ink-jet printer have many deficiencies such as inconvenient adjustment control parameters,long time adjustment and weak anti-interference ability,combined with the advantages of fuzzy controller and PI controller,a fuzzy-PI controller is designed and realize to adjust ink pressure.Experimental results show that the fuzzy-PI controller yields better control performance than the existing ink pressure control system in quick response speed,shorter adjustment time,better control precision and good anti-interference effect.
