缓粘结预应力技术在大跨度混凝土井字梁中的应用

摘    要:介绍了缓粘结预应力技术在承德市城市展览馆32.4m×33.2m跨周边不规则井字梁中的应用,介绍了井字梁预应力筋的设计计算方法,根据平衡荷载大小计算了预应力次弯矩和预应力反拱,计算了考虑次弯矩后缓粘结预应力混凝土梁的名义拉应力、极限承载力,为缓粘结预应力混凝土梁、特别是大跨度井字梁的设计计算提供参考。

Abstract:The application of retard-bonded prestressed technique is introduced in the design of concrete grid-beam structure with the span of 32.4 m×33.2 m with irregular boundary condition of Chengde City Museum.The design method of prestressed concrete grid-beam structure is introduced,and the secondary moment of prestressing is calculated according to the balanced loads of prestressing considered in the design.The nominal stresses and ultimate moments of the concrete girders are calculated considering the secondary moments.The design method can be referenced in the designing of retard-bonded prestressed concrete beams especially for that of the grid-beam structures.
