抗振可靠性设计

摘    要:运用常规振动理论和可靠性相干理论.建立了抗振可靠性设计理论.提出了抗共振可靠度,刚度可靠度,抗振可靠度等概念.建立了它们的数学模型,并用数值计算和图表分析来描述抗共振可靠度Rn在不同频率变异系数Vwc、Vw下对频率比的变化规律。一般机械设计只需满足抗共振可靠性,精密机械设计则需满足抗共振可靠性和刚度可靠性。最后用两个算例加以了验证。

Abstract:Antivibration reliability design theory is established based on the conventional vibration design theory and reliability coherent design theory.The concepts of antiresonance vibration reliability,stiffness reliability,antivibration reliability are presented explicitly.Mathematical models of them are established,and furthermore,numerical calculation and chart analysis are made to describe the law that antiresonance vibration reliability Rn vary with frequency ratio on varying frequency variation coefficient Vc,V.Antiresonance vibration reliability is required in general mechanical design.Both antiresonance vibration reliability and stiffness reliability are required in fine mechanical design.Two engineering examples are given.
