长庆油田小井眼钻井应用分析

摘    要:2008年长庆油田为降低钻井成本,在白豹油田进行了小井眼钻井应用,经过3口井的钻井实践,用15型钻机顺利完成了2200m井深的小井眼井,机械钻速10m/h左右。小井眼井采用Ф88.9钻杆,钻杆柔性大,方位偏移较大,井眼轨迹控制难度大,建议适当提高造斜点,改变原来的直-增-稳井身剖面为直-增-微降,减少起下钻次数,提高钻井速度。通过小井眼钻井技术在3口井的实践,分析总结了小井眼钻井存在的问题,并提出了技术对策。

Abstract:In order to reduce the drilling cost, Changing Oilfield Company has applied slim hole drilling technology in Baibao oilfield in 2008. Three wells that measured depth exceeds 2200 meters have been drilled all right by 15 model rig, penetration rate is 10 m/h. During drilling slim hole, 88.9mm rod was adopted, but its flexibility is very big, and the direction migration is also big, the control of well track is difficult. This paper has analyzed the problems existent in slim hole drilling and put forward technology countermeasures.
