膨润土制备活性白土试验研究

摘    要:膨润土素有"万能"粘土之称.将其进行酸处理改性,可得到活性白土.试验表明,某地钙基膨润土用1.5~2.5mol/L的硫酸溶液活化处理,在一定温度和液固比条件下,可获得脱色率达97%,活性度达200的高效活性白土.

Abstract:The performances and the utilization situation of bentonite, often called as "universal clay", are introduced briefly. With acid activation treatment, the activated-clay can be obtained from the bentonite. An excellent activated-clay can be prepared by activating calcium bentonite with vitriolic solution of 1.5-2.5 mol/L under the conditions of appropriate temperature and liquid/solid ratio. Experimental results indicate that its decolorizing efficiency and activity is 97% and 200, respectively.
