黄铜在2%HF酸中的阴极行为

黄铜在2%HF 酸中出现了比较奇特的阴扳极化曲线一“Z”字形曲线。我们对此现象进行了一些探讨,发现它的形状与两价铜离子的浓度及氧的存在有关。只有在含氧的 HF 酸中,当溶液中两价铜离子浓度约在0.024ppmm至1ppmm 之间时,阴极极化曲线才呈现“Z”字形.这是因为在一定的电位区间内,氧的吸附阻滞了铜离子按原来的速度还原,使曲线出现了这种弯曲.

Cathodic Behaviour of Brass in 2% HF Acid

An unusual cathodic behaviour-a zigzag cathodic polarization curve was observed on brass in HF acid.In this work,it is found that the shape of ca- thodic polarization curve of brass in HF acid is influenced by the concentra- tion of cupric ions and the existence of oxygen.The zigzag-form cathodic po- larization curve appears only in solutions containing about 0.024 ppm to 1 ppm cupric ion.It is considered that this unusual cathodic behaviour may be due to the adsorption of oxygen which inhibits the reduction of cupric ions.
