| 摘 要： | 分析了造成分梳辊体结合件挂花的原因，通过在实际中调整分梳辊辊体槽宽尺寸，改铣槽工艺为车槽工艺，增加去毛刺工序以及制定明确的检验方法来改进分梳辊体结合件加工质量，最终使其不挂花合格率由原来的92％提高到99％。

| Abstract: | Analysis is done to the cause of fiber burring on the joining parts of the carding roller. Through adjustment of the width of the slot plus using turning process instead of milling process for bur removal with the addition of proper inspection method, for upgrading the quality of the joining parts, consequently avoiding fiber burring, yield going up from 92 % to 99 %. |
