振弦式传感器测频技术的研究

摘    要:摘要:根据振弦式传感器的工作原理,提出了一种以LM3S6965为控制核心的振弦式传感器测频的新方法.利用LM3S6965内部16位定时计数功能完成激励信号的输出和频率信号的测量,并对所测结果进行温度补偿来降低传感器所处环境温度对频率测量的影响,同时采用等精度测量的方法提高了系统的整体测量精度.

Abstract:Based on the working characteristics of the string vibration sensor, a kind of new frequency measure- ment technology of string vibration sensor with LM3S6965 as control core is put forward. By using LM3S6965 in- ternal 16 timing count function, excitation signal output and frequency signal measurement are completed. Tem- perature compensation of the results can reduce the influence of environment temperature on frequency measure- ment of the string vibration sensor. Meanwhile, the precision measurement method is used to improve the overall system measurement accuracy.
