基于LabVIEW的多孔材料透水特性测试系统

摘    要:为了满足国内对多孔材料性能检测仪器的需求,设计了基于LabVIEW技术的多孔材料透水特性测试系统.该系统以PC机和PLC作为测试平台数据处理和控制核心,对金属多孔材料试件前端水压力和透过金属多孔材料试件水的流量进行测试,拟合Q-P曲线,建立Q-P数学模型.对比实验结果表明,该系统比现在使用系统的实验结果更合理、可靠.

Abstract:The test system of water permeability of porous material based on LabVIEW is designed for the requirement of the test apparatus of porous material in the domestic market.The computer and PLC was considered as test bench for data processing and cybernetics core,and the pressure of water before the front-end metal porous materials specimens and the flow of water through metal porous materials specimens were tested by this system.Compared with the experimental results,this system is more accurate and reliable than the current system.
