| Abstract: | The functions of Geographic Information System(GIS) in distribution automation(DA) and its present situation are described in this paper. The design principle, design process and the problems to which the attention should be paid to in the design of GIS for DA are expounded.At the end,the functions and features of the GIS being developed are presented. |
