宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像诊断冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的临床效果

摘    要:目的:探讨宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像诊断冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的临床效果。方法:选取43例我院于2017年2月至2018年2月所收治的疑似冠状动脉支架内再狭窄患者,对其行宝石能谱CT检查,并于检查完成3-15d后再行冠状动脉造影检查,以冠状动脉造影检查结果为金标准,评价宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像诊断冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的临床效果。结果:宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像检查结果当中,51枚支架可良好显像,所占比例达96.23%;宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像检查结果与冠状动脉造影检查结果的符合率为96.08%。结论:宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像诊断冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的准确率较高,临床应用效果较佳,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of gemstone CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary in-stent restenosis. Methods: Forty-three patients with suspected coronary in-stent restenosis who underwent surgery from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in a gem spectroscopy CT scan and coronary artery was performed 3-15 days after the examination. The angiographic examination was performed with coronary angiography as the gold standard. The clinical effect of gemstone CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary in-stent restenosis was evaluated. Results: Among the results of gem spectroscopy CT coronary angiography, 51 stents were well imaged, accounting for 96.23%;the coincidence rate of gem spectroscopy CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography was 96.08%. Conclusion: Gem spectroscopy CT coronary angiography has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of coronary in-stent restenosis, and its clinical application effect is better. It is worthy of popularization and application.
