囊性肾癌多排螺旋CT诊断及鉴别诊断价值分析

目的:分析囊性肾癌多排螺旋CT诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法:对我院2017年7月-2018年6月期间我院收治的20例囊性肾癌患者资料进行回顾,所有患者均采取多排螺旋CT诊断,分析患者CT扫描表现。结果:20例多排螺旋CT诊断图像均表现为囊性、囊实性肿块,呈规则和不规则形态,径位大小各异,且伴随着囊壁增厚情况,其中7例表现为壁结节,4例表现为囊壁钙化、3例表现为瘤内分割,囊壁分隔和厚度不统一,增强后壁结节、囊壁和囊分隔可见强化,且特征表现为"快进快出"。肿瘤细节和周围组织关系需多平面重建图像才能更清晰、直观的表现。结论:囊性肾癌在CT图像中具有一些典型特征,通过多排螺旋CT扫描能为临床诊断提供更清晰、准确的图像,但诊断过程中,需注意与其他囊性病变进行区分。

Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Cystic Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective: To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcinoma. Methods: The clinical data of 20 patients with cystic renal cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT and the CT findings were analyzed. Results: 20 cases of multi-slice spiral CT imaging showed cystic, cystic solid mass, regular and irregular shape, size and size of different, and accompanied by thickening of the cystic wall, including 7 cases of wall nodules, 4 cases of calcification of the cystic wall, 3 cases of intratumoral segmentation, wall septum and thickness is not uniform, enhanced posterior wall nodules. The walls of the capsule and the capsule were enhanced and characterized by “fast in and out”. The relationship between tumor details and surrounding tissues requires multiplanar reconstruction to display more clearly and intuitively. Conclusion: Cystic renal cell carcinoma has some typical features in CT images. Multi-slice spiral CT scanning can provide a clearer and more accurate image for clinical diagnosis, but in the process of diagnosis, attention should be paid to distinguish from other cystic lesions.
