Exploration of Chemical Database in Intellectual Property Protection

In order to explore the problem of intellectual property protection and data sharing in scientific databases, from the perspective of chemical database, the conditions of intellectual property protection in scientific databases had been studied, those are ^“the sweat of the brow^” principle and originality principle. Combined with its own characteristics, this paper expounded the strategies and measures taken to protect the intellectual property of the chemical database, and to create a better environment for intellectual property protection. And introduced the exploration of chemical database in transforming service mode and increasing data innovation, try to solve the contradiction between intellectual property protection and data sharing in scientific databases, so as to better adapt to the era of intellectual property.
