超声联合钼靶检查对非哺乳期乳腺炎的诊断价值

目的:探讨超声联合钼靶检查对非哺乳期乳腺炎的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的145例(154个病灶)非哺乳期乳腺炎在超声与钼靶检查的表现。结果:根据超声特征将154个病灶分为乳腺导管扩张、实性肿块、混合性包块等6种类型。钼靶检查表现为类圆形肿块,不对称性致密影,血管影增粗,乳腺脂肪层浑浊,局部皮肤增厚,钙化灶。结论:超声检查较好地反映非哺乳期乳腺炎症病理过程,钼靶检查对炎性肿块和恶性肿块具有鉴别诊断价值,二者联合检查对于明确病变性质具有重要意义。

The Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonography Combined Mammography in Non Lactation Mastitis

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography combined with mammography in non lactation mastitis. Methods: 145 cases(154 lesions) with non lactation mastitis were analyzed retrospectively for ultrasonography and mammography. Results: According to the ultrasonic features, the 154 lesions were classified 6 types as mammary ductal dilatation, solid mass, mixed mass, etc. Mammography showed a round mass, asymmetrical dense shadow, blood vessel shadow thickening, breast fat layer turbid, local skin thickening, calcification stove. Conclusion: Ultrasonography is a good reflection of non lactation breast inflammatory pathologic process, Mammography has the value of differential diagnosis of inflammatory mass and malignant mass, and the combination of the two examination is of great significance in clarifying the nature of lesions.
